Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

Canada shipping:
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
Express shipping: 1–2 business days

United States shipping:
Standard shipping: 3–8 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, customs, or other delays outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. TOUCH is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

For U.S. orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
