RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene reasons, all lingerie and underwear pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

Corsets may be exchanged for a different size if the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a corset exchange.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. If you are unsure about your size before placing an order, please contact us with your measurements and we will be happy to help you choose the best fit.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and do our best to make it right.
